Do you like racing? Jumping? Throwing? Track & Field is for you!
Come join us at Genesis outdoor track for 4 weeks of fun!Students will be introduced to a variety of track and field events including standing & running long jump, triple jump, mini hurdles, throwing events and relays. Running technique, sprinting starts, and finishes will also be taught.
Throwing events such as shot put and javelin will be taught using lighter implements for younger students. Hurdles will be plastic and low to the ground, with higher options available as students progress. Classes are rain or shine.
